#1 | A POSTER
A poster from my mom’s photography exhibit — now on display at the Youth Theatre in ___, Russia. Her work is part of an ongoing gallery entitled Against A Dying World.
#2 | A NOTE
I hope the Thanksgiving festivities are settling well in body and belly. I shook off a good bit of lethargy today with a long, slow run in the late afternoon sun and now find myself in my favorite late night coffee shop breaking my no-coffee-after-noon rule, punk rock playing in the background, as I dive into this letter.
Big news tonight! A handful of years in the making, erika.gallery, a website I built to house my mom’s transcendent photography, is now live! I’m stoked for her as she steps further into the unknown of sharing one’s art — and for you — who have the opportunity to slow down, stare deep into her photographs, and come away with renewed appreciation for sight itself and our infinitely rich reality (in which, as we always swim, we rarely really see).
#3 | A QUOTE
“Claim your place in the sun and go forward into the light. The tools are there; the path is known; you simply have to turn your back on a culture that has gone sterile and dead, and get with the program of a living world and a re-empowerment of the imagination.”

Filming DJ Sets with Brilliant DJ Friends in Joshua Tree
By: Ethan Maurice
There are times in life where things are so beautiful and electrically good you can’t even believe they’re happening.
My friends Matthew and Nicolette, brilliant humans, DJs, and the creators and curators of Between2Clouds, are better at manifesting such moments than any humans I have ever met.
