I think I need to go to Hawaii to start The Living Theory. Today I was offered to start further training with Mike (my friend and our ERA) next week. Then I'd take a two week break and boom, I'm an Engine Room Assistant. I enjoy this job. It's a great way to travel and get paid. However, if I don't start The Living Theory soon, I'll never try.
I was talking to the hotel manager and the words coming from my mouth seemed so stupid: “It'll be a good job. Good money. Hawaii will always be there.”
I was clearly attempting to justify a compromise. We have one life and little time. Gotta enjoy it now and do what's important to you.
